Store Return Policy
By ordering instore or our website you will be agreeing to the following.
- Strictly no refunds on items, so if you have any queries on our products, please contact us before your purchase we are here to help.
- If you select the wrong course or your situation changes, please notify us within 7 days of purchase for a refund or a course change.
- Should you wish to withdraw prior to commencement after 7 days of first payment or purchase a cancellation fee of 25% of the total course fee will be charged.
- Contact our customer support team with your purchase details and reason for the request. Refunds will be subject to conditions and administrative fees if costs have occurred through payment methods. Upon approval, refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 21 days of approval.
- Please notify us immediately If you receive a product which has been damaged during transit or is faulty. You have 7 days from purchase date to notify us for any faulty or damaged items. Goods damaged during transit or faulty goods will need to be returned to 2/43 Caledonian Ave Maylands WA 6051 at the customers cost for us to review.
- Tanaka Beauty reserves the right to refuse any warranty claims If we find that the conditions of the returns policy have not been met. No refund or replacement will be provided, and we will return the product to you if the product is not defective.
